PAYMENT TERMS

50 % payment in advance at the time of booking.
If the Payment then the dates will be considered booked.
50 % after function (within 15 days of the function) only after which deliverables will be provided.

Please make to sure to forward us the entire Wedding Schedule,Details of the family person from both sides to coordinate,details of the wedding planner, sound system opertor in one month advance to avoid any confusion.
Please give the right time to our team for best service and if it is half day then it will be considered as 5 hours and if is full day then it will be considered as 11 hours. So make sure there is no waiting for the photographer to shoot.
Please make sure is there one team from both sides bride and groom.
For Coordinating Hari Thakkar/Mansi Thakkar/Parth Thakkar will get connected to you as and how required through call/ whatsapp group.
If there is any change in wedding schedule from both sides inform the photographer in advance
Stay, Travel ,Expense for Out of Mumbai is borne by the client.
Food for all team members will be at the venue for the event.

Delivery will be done within 3 months from your wedding date. (exceptional only if there is situation like lockdown then date will be pushed)
Edited version will be given in your Pendrive or Google Drive Link.
All raw data will be given in your Hard Disk.
After a month of the delivery, we won’t be able to secure & save your data.
Delivery process will be done gradually as and how deliverables get ready so dont have to coordinate for the same but if you have any special request then please let us know in advance but within 3 months things will be taken care of.
If there is delay in giving selection of the photos for the album, edited photos , songs for cinematic films then it will take more time then date of delivery completely depends upon how much time did it took for selection from your end.
Post Delivery if you have any sort of corrections in the output given then the delivery timeline will push.

We would recommend you to think through while doing song selection for Pre-wedding Video , Traditional Video, Teaser, Short-film & trailers as it will not be changed. Though ofcourse you can consult with the team member that which song will work best for you after discussion will finalize over it.
Incase of changes in songs, it will be chargeable Rs.1000/-
If there are any sort of corrections in your Video & Photo Data it will be done from our end but there will be meeting held at studio with the editing team so you have to personally make a visit once and explain the editing team about it and the way you are expecting.
If you stay Outsation/Not feasible for you to visit then please keep one person from your side to coordinate with us and make a visit.
Corrected data will be delivered on the basis of timeline given

We would recommend you to complete the photo selection for the album within a week from raw images are shared, else it will affect the time period of delivery date.
Delay in photo selection for the album, should not affect our payment terms.
Only 250 photos are to be selected per album with size 12x30inches or 12x36inches 30 pages. Extra Pages will be Rs.500/-
Only 150 photos are to be selected per album with size 12x24inches 25pages Extra pages will happen only if you select more then 250 photos.

When you are hiring One Traditional Videography the entire record of the event,ceremony,rituals,groupings will berecorded, edited,songs will be added and given to you.
But if you have expectations that food area,audience,extra shots are required in detail then one more videographer is required.
If you have expectations that all your relatives (not the immediate family) is to be captured in candid style with their portraits,family and groups, studio set up needs to be there theen studio photographer will be required on your event.
Candid Photographer will capture candid natural moments, couple and solo portraits,creative groupings
Cinematographer will take cinematic style videos and deliver trailer and short film.If you want interview in the wedding then let us know in advance.
Tradional Photographer will capture ceremonies,group photos.,rituals.

Prewedding Photography if out of Mumbai then certain charges are extra,stay,food,travel is to be taken care by client.
In Mumbai Prewedding Timings are
Morning 6:30am / 7:00am to 10:00am /10:30am
Evening 4;00pm/4:30pm to 6:30pm/7:00pm

Make Up&Hairstylist to be taken care by the client.
150 Edited photos after your selection will be delivered.
Prewedding song for video to be selected before the shoot date.
Save the Date Photo is Included in Photography Pacakage.
Save the Date video is included in the videography pacakge.
Any other request should be informed and might be extra chargeable if required so please consult once.
